2. Our Goals for Advancing DE&I

To realize DE&I in practice, we aim to pursue the following initiatives:

  • Establish policies that respect DE&I, along with strategies and action plans that include key KPIs

  • Promote DE&I through leadership-led communication and role modeling

  • Build an organizational culture rooted in psychological safety and inclusion

  • Recruit and develop talent from diverse backgrounds

  • Ensure transparency across our operations

  • Address unconscious bias through systemic measures

  • Provide DE&I-related education and training

  • Conduct regular evaluations and gather feedback for continuous improvement

3. Our Commitment to Eliminating Harassment

Harassment is a serious human rights issue. Our company maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of harassment involving our team, as well as the employees and officers of our portfolio companies and investment prospects.

To eliminate harassment, we commit to the following actions:

  • Establish a formal policy that strictly prohibits harassment and all forms of discrimination

  • Demonstrate a clear commitment from leadership to eradicate harassment

  • Build a safe, accessible reporting system that ensures fairness and confidentiality

  • Provide education and training to prevent harassment and discrimination
