Startup Elevate
Our flagship annual conference held in Okinawa at the OIST campus.
Startup Elevate 2025 brought together 514 participants from 241 startups across 18 countries and regions, including VCs, LPs, and ecosystem partners. The event generated 370 investment matching requests, with 97% participant satisfaction and an NPS of 60+.
Startup Elevate 2026 will be an expanded 3-day event from November 4-6, 2026, featuring "OIST Day" on the middle day.
YKVC (Yokohama-Kanagawa Venture Connect)
A monthly meetup hosted by a seed-stage VC. Drop-ins, early exits, and coffee-only visits are all welcome.
Reading Sessions
Monthly online study sessions on specific investment themes, hosted by Lifetime Ventures in partnership with OIST to support deep-tech founders aiming global from day one.
